Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Footlocker

Tasked with recruiting athletes to support an upcoming release of running gear, I partnered with Footlocker and Eastbay to co-produce and source talent. Within the early stages of the casting process, I knew I wanted to update our initial strategy to not only reach new audiences, but to create visibility and equity within the fitness space amongst the disabled community. Ultimately, casting the first wheelchair-bound talent used by the brands.

I VOTE because…

In an effort to encourage voting amongst the Chicago arts community, we teamed up with ‘I Vote Because’ and partnered with artists, entertainers, influencers, and entrepreneurs to share why they vote in a social media campaign shared across the internet.

Target #TakePride

To celebrate pride month, Target launched the #TakePride campaign, celebrating stories of affirmation, showcasing people being their authentic selves by letting their unique style shine, and highlighting the diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community and their families.

HOKA

Zac Koretz approached Hoka with a start-to-finish athletic campaign pitch featuring a Chicago-based fitness entrepreneur with a physical disability, in an effort to create and produce authentic and inclusive campaigns within the apparel and footwear space.

C2 Charity

Providing pro-bono marketing services to combat philanthropic racism, C2 helps drive donations and organization awareness through visual branding and strategic efforts, as well as partnership sourcing. This allows our non-profit partners to redistribute 5-15% of their annual budget, which is typically allocated for marketing, back into their work to further benefit the people and communities they serve.

Famous Footwear

In an effort to increase company inclusion efforts, Famous Footwear entrusted me to cast talent for both digital and in-store campaigns. Through our work together, we were able to produce the most diverse and inclusion ad campaigns by the brand to-date, which included 90% non-white talent, as well as the first trans model to be used by the brand.
